Former Taoiseach Brian Cowen is to lodge a complaint with the Press Ombudsman claiming the media has breached his constitutional right to privacy.

The Sunday Independent reports this morning that he was unhappy at the manner in which another newspaper reported his enrolment in course at Stanford University in California.
