Sandra murder accused further remanded in custody

A 48-year-old man charged with the murder of Sandra Collins over 12 years ago has been further remanded in custody.

Martin Earley from Banagher, Carrowmore Lacken in Co. Mayo is to appear again before Harristown court in Castlerea on January 18.

He was charged on December 8 last with the 29-year-old's murder.

Sandra Collins disappeared from Killala in Co Mayo on December 4, 2000 after leaving her aunt's house to go to a takeaway.
