A 33-year-old man who received serious gunshot injuries at a shooting in a house in Co Kildare has died in Naas General Hospital.

A 33-year-old man who received serious gunshot injuries at a shooting in a house in Co Kildare has died in Naas General Hospital.

He was shot in an incident before 6am this morning at a house in Kilmeage, Naas and was subsequently pronounced dead.
