Hogan thanks those who registered to pay household charge

The Environment Minister Phil Hogan has thanked all those who have registered their properties and paid the household charge.

To date 1.1 million homeowners have paid the tax - with over €113m collected and reallocated to local authorities through the Local Government Fund.
