Visitor warning in place at St Vincent's Hospital over vomiting virus

Visitors to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Dublin are being asked not to bring children under 12 to the hospital where the winter vomiting virus is described as ‘very virulent’.

Seventy-three patients and 57 staff have been affected during this latest episode, causing severe discomfort and disruption to services.
