Commerical Court moves to allow IBRC cross-examination of Quinn family

The Commercial Court has moved to allow IBRC cross-examine family members of jailed businessman Sean Quinn about their assets.

Lawyers for the Quinns had branded the exercise as an impermissible 'fishing expedition'.
