Senior UDA and UVF members 'actively orchestrating Belfast violence'

Hundreds of loyalist protesters, many wearing balaclavas and masks, have begun a fresh protest outside Belfast City Hall.

Today's developments follow overnight clashes between loyalists and riot police in which eight police officers were injured and 12 people were arrested.
