Kenny: Raising income tax the only alternative to property tax

Taoiseach Enda Kenny said today that the only alternative to the property tax in today's Budget is to increase income tax.

Responding to a question from Independent TD Shane Ross, the Taoiseach said that changing income tax is not the direction the Government wants to go in.
