Baby death at Cavan hospital to be investigated

The HSE is to begin an investigation into the death of a baby who was born last week at Cavan General Hospital.

It is understood the baby boy was delivered by C-section on Thursday, and was later transferred to a neo-natal unit in Dublin for treatment.
