Meehan must wait to learn of future

Brian Meehan must wait to learn if he can proceed with his case to have his conviction for the murder of journalist Veronica Guerin declared a miscarriage of justice.

The 47 year old from Crumlin, in Dublin is the only person serving a life sentence for the fatal shooting of the Sunday Independent reporter.
