Tánaiste: Public inquiries 'go on for a very long time'

The Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore is not ruling out a public inquiry into the death of Savita Halappanavar.

However, Mr Gilmore said the track record of such inquiries here is that they get "mired in legal argument".
