Candlelight vigils will be held in Dublin and Galway later today to remember Savita Halappanavar, who died three weeks ago following a miscarriage at Galway University Hospital.

It is understood the 31-year-old dentist died from blood poisoning. Her husband Praveen has claimed she was denied a termination after the couple requested one a number of times.
