A jury has heard today that a District Court judge Heather Perrin was visibly upset when gardaí informed her last July that she was to be charged with deception.

The prosecution has now finished calling evidence against the former solicitor of Lambay Court, Malahide, Dublin, who denies deceiving pensioner Thomas Davis into leaving half his estate to her children on January 22, 2009.
