OECD: Ireland fourth highest developed country for unemployment

Ireland has the fourth highest rate of unemployment across the group of developed countries, coming in behind Spain, Greece and Portugal.

The OECD average unemployment rate was 7.9% in September, broadly the same rate as 18 months previously.
