Portlaoise gardaí search for missing woman

Gardaí in Portlaoise are seeking the publics assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 30-year-old Aoife Phelan.

Aoife was last seen last Thursday evening when she was visiting a friend's house in Portlaoise.

She is described as being approximately 5’ 7’’ in height, of slim build, with long blonde/sandy-coloured hair and blue eyes.

When last seen, she was wearing jeans and a knitted jumper. She also has a red bomber-style jacket with her.
