Former Leas Cross director struck off

A former director at a notorious care home where elderly residents suffered severe abuse has been struck off the nursing register.

Grainne Paula Conway, formerly director of nursing of Leas Cross in north Co Dublin, was investigated by a fitness to practise panel over eight days and found guilty of professional misconduct.
