Meath gardaí uncover cannabis-growing base in Navan
Gardaí in Co Meath have arrested two men in their 30s following the seizure of 480 cannabis plants at a house in Navan yesterday.
Gardaí made the discovery when they searched a house at Lobinstown shortly after 2pm, which had been converted into a sophisticated growing and cultivating base.
The scene is currently being technically examined and the haul has an estimated street value of €384,000.
Two men, aged 30 and 36 respectively, are being questioned at Kells garda station.
