IBRC to submit arguments in Quinn appeal

Lawyers for Irish Bank Resolution Corporation are expected to submit their arguments today as Sean Quinn Junior's appeal against his three month jail sentence continues.
The 33-year-old was jailed in July by the High Court for breaching an order put in place to stop assets in the Quinn's International Property Group being moved beyond the bank's reach.
Newspaper reports this morning claim IBRC's lawyers want the Supreme Court to admit material about contracts the family's alleged to have had with Russian companies relating to their employment, as part of the case.
The Irish Times says the contracts provided for multimillion euro payouts for termination of their employment.
