Reilly 'has already explained' rationale behind primary care centres

The Health Minister James Reilly is rejecting calls for a fresh explanation to the Dáil on how he added two locations in his constituency to a list of primary care centres.

Dr Reilly is under pressure after his former junior minister Roisin Shortall claimed at the weekend he was guilty of "stroke politics".
