Man dead after Dublin shooting
Gardaí are investigating a fatal shooting of a man in his 30's on the South Circular Road this evening.
The shooting occurred around 8pm close to Griffith College, the man received serious gun shot injuries and was taken to St James’s Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and the office of the State Pathologist has been notified.
A dark car was seen leaving the scene, and a dark car was later found on fire on O'Curry Avenue.
