A 37-year-old man has been held overnight by gardaí investigating the sale and supply of cocaine in Dublin.

A 37-year-old man has been held overnight by gardaí investigating the sale and supply of cocaine in Dublin.

He was detained at approximately 9pm on Thursday night in the city, by officers from the Divisional Drug Unit in Store Street.

During a follow-up search at a premises on Belvedere Avenue, Dublin 1, cocaine with an estimated street value of €105,000 was seized.

The man is being held at Store Street garda station.
