Five people have been arrested in a major operation by gardaí investigating organised crime in the capital.
A series of searches were carried out by gardaí this morning along with members of the Criminal Assets Bureau, the Bureau of Fraud Investigation, National Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Drugs unit.
The five, four men and a woman, were arrested on foot of European Arrest Warrants.
They are being held at Blanchardstown Garda station, Kilmainham, the Bridewell and Ashbourne garda stations.
