Talks between consultants and HSE to resume tomorrow
Talks between consultants and the HSE at the Labour Relations Commission have been adjourned and will resume at 10am tomorrow morning.
Consultants' pay is protected under the Croke Park Agreement, but the HSE wants greater flexibility over working arrangements, roster patterns and the creation of a new entry grade of doctors.
An agreement must be reached by Sunday night or the matter will be referred to the Labour Court for a binding resolution.
