Howlin: Germany's ESM court backing 'good news'

The Public Expenditure Minister Brendan Howlin is admitting the delay in getting the green light for Europe's new bailout fund could have pushed back a deal on our banking debt.

This morning Germany's constitutional court gave its backing to the European Stability Mechanism but with a number of conditions.
