Noonan to meet European finance counterparts amid delay rumours

Ireland's Finance Minister Michael Noonan is to meet his counterparts in France, Germany and Italy this week, as efforts continue to secure a deal on Ireland's banking debt.

A summit in June agreed that measures would be finalised by the end of October to ease the €47bn burden.
