Search for missing German diver suspended

Rough conditions off the coast of Cork have forced Valentia Coastguard to suspend their search today for a missing German diver.

Reinhardt Teschke, 54, has been missing for almost a week since he failed to re-surface, after he and two other men went diving around 12 miles south of Baltimore in Cork last Tuesday.

The Coastguard Service will resume a search and site scan of the waters in the coming days.
