Judge grants injunction against seizing of taped interviews with IRA bomber Price
A Northern Ireland High Court judge has granted a temporary injunction to stop police seizing taped interviews with the former IRA bomber Dolours Price.
The tapes were part of a Boston College history project.
The order will remain in place until a legal challenge by one of the researchers, ex-IRA volunteer-turned-writer Anthony McIntyre, begins in Belfast next week.
He wishes to judicially review the police over moves to gain the material for their investigation into the 1972 murder of Jean McConville, one of the Disappeared.
