FF: Abortion referendum needed if group recommend legislative proposals

A Fianna Fáil TD has said a referendum on abortion will be needed if the government's expert group recommends legislative proposals.

The group is due to present a report on abortion to Health Minister James Reilly next month and he will then bring it to cabinet.
