Report: DAA and Aer Lingus staff to conduct 'rolling strikes'

It is understood Ireland's airports could grind to a halt next month, because of plans for 'rolling strikes' at all three State airports.

According to today's Sunday Business Post, Siptu has given the go-ahead for industrial action by Dublin Airport Authority and Aer Lingus employees over plans to reform their pension arrangements.

The newspaper said it has seen a memo which says that each crew unit will participate in two hours of strike action on Thursday, September 20.
