Waterford traffic restrictions lifted

Access has been restored to the Ballybricken area of Waterford City following an earlier incident.

Meanwhile, flooding on the Cork Rd (R680) at Ballybeg in Waterford City has receded.

AA Roadwatch say diversions in the area have been lifted.
