Man being questioned in Westmeath drug bust

A 23 year-old man is being quizzed by Gardaí following the seizure of drugs in Co Westmeath.

Gardaí arrested the man yesterday evening after stopping and searching a car in Glasson in Athlone.

Cannabis resin with an estimated street value of €50,000 was seized.
