Family of missing Offaly woman to lay wreath in memory

The family and friends of missing Offaly woman Fiona Pender will lay a wreath in her memory today.

It's 16 years since the 25-year-old pregnant hairdresser dissapeared from her flat on Church street in Tullamore.
