Fleming: Combination of heavy rain and winds 'possibly dangerous'

Weather conditions are expected to take a turn for the worst this afternoon with heavy rain and strong winds expected.

Met Eireann has issued a warning as hurricane-like weather is expected to hit with the south of the country set to be the worst affected.
