Authorities to evict bankrupt McFeely today
The bankrupt Priory Hall Developer Tom McFeely will be evicted from his mansion home on Ailesbury Road in Dublin 4 today.
It comes after a court order was made to seize the property.
Nama is expected to take possession of the house today after the High Court ordered the McFeelys to move after they defaulted on a massive €9.5m mortgage.
The 63-year-old came to public attention later October, when residents of Priory Hall were forced to evacuate the North Dublin apartment complex over fire safety concerns.
