Couple will appeal High Court IBRC possession ruling

A Roscommon couple say they will appeal a High Court ruling today, which means the IBRC is entitled to an order for possession of the property.

Patrick and Patricia Raftery used their house at Clonbracknagh Court as security against a £69,000 loan issued in 1991 by Irish Nationwide Building Society.
