ICA fundraise to increase mental health awareness.

The Irish Countrywomen's Association is combining a new fundraising drive with raising mental health awareness.

They have joined forces with the Suicide or Survive group to launch a campaign called 'High Tea and Talk'.

ICA members are being encouraged to run tea mornings for families, friends and colleagues, encouraging people to talk openly about mental health.

It's going to run from September 7 - 10, to mark World Suicide Prevention Day.
