NAMA examining insider dealing allegation

NAMA is said to be looking at whether yesterday's revelations about insider dealing at the agency was an isolated incident.

A Sunday Times investigation revealed that a former executive had bought a home in Lucan, Co. Dublin from the agency's portfolio in 2011.

The transaction, which was finalised without advertising on the open market, breaches NAMA legislation which prohibits insider dealing.
