Armed raiders target Offaly bank

Armed raiders have made off with an undisclosed amount of cash after targetting the Bank Of Ireland in Edenderry, Co Offaly.

At about 3.45pm today, two armed men dressed in full motorbike gear, including helmets, entered the busy premises.
