Ireland among 10 countries punished for over-fishing

The European Commission has penalised Ireland for exceding EU fish quotas.

The Commission is cutting Ireland's 2012 quota due to over-fishing carried out by the Irish fleet last year.

Ten other countries were penalised, with Spain the worst offender.
