Motorcyclist killed in Dublin accident

A male motorcyclist in his late 20s has died after a collision with a car in Palmerstown in Dublin.

Another man who was a passenger on the motorcycle, is being treated at Tallaght hospital for his injuries.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the collision, which happened on Station Road in Palmerstown at about a 8.15pm yesterday.
