A warrant has issued by Dublin District Civil Court for the arrest of developer Tom McFeely as a result of his failure to pay a debt in excess of €24,000 to a recruitment firm.

The rogue builder notorious for the condemned Priory Hall apartment complex in Donaghmede in Dublin has been the subject of civil proceedings.
