Quinn to resolve teacher vetting issue 'fairly quickly'

The Education Minister Ruairí Quinn says he hopes to resolve the issue of unvetted teachers fairly quickly.

The Teaching Council has admitted 42,000 teachers are working with children though they haven't been vetted.
