Sweden: Three reported dead in collision between Ireland-registered van and Russian truck
Three people have reportedly been killed in northern Sweden in a collision between a Irish-registered van and a truck.
According to local media, a lorry which was registered in Russia was in collision with a van which was registered in Ireland.
Three people, whose nationalities are not known at this stage, were killed in the accident in Överkalix in northern Sweden.
Four people are understood to have been traveling in the van, and two died instantly in the accident.
Two others were transferred by ambulance and helicopter to hospital, where one died of injuries sustained in the accident.
