Ulster Bank to launch details of refund applications

Ulster Bank has said it will launch details later this week on how customers can apply for refunds for out-of-pocket expenses as a result of its IT problems.

The bank said its business is back to normal for the most part this morning after a month of disruption for thousands of customers.
