'Serious threat' detained in Central Mental Hospital, three hours before walking free
A man considered by the DPP to be "a serious threat" to the public has been prevented from being released onto the street today after three days of legal proceedings in as many courts.
The 31-year-old is charged with killing a person in 2010, but was referred to the Central Mental Hospital earlier this year after being found unfit to stand trial.
