Ulster Bank report progress on resolving payments backlog

Ulster Bank has said that the majority of its customers' accounts are now up-to-date as far as last Monday.

Twelve branches of the bank are opening around the country today in an effort to deal with customers' transactions and queries, following last month's major computer crash at the bank.
