Only a handful of Ulster Bank customers have made a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman in relation to the ongoing technical problems at the bank.

A computer crash, which hit Ulster Bank 17 days ago, has now been fixed, but the backlog of payments has meant that customers have been unable to pay bills and salaries have not shown up in their accounts.
