The Commercial Court has ruled Seán Quinn is not allowed defend himself in proceedings against the former Anglo Irish Bank.

The Commercial Court has ruled Seán Quinn is not allowed defend himself in proceedings against the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC).

The bankrupt businessman is a third party in proceedings brought by his wife Patricia and his children in which they claim they're not liable for loans of €2.3bn from the former Anglo Irish Bank.
