Ulster Bank customers 'will not be out of pocket'

Ulster Bank has said none of its customers will be left out of pocket because of the bank's major technical problems.

A software malfunction in its systems which occurred six days ago has finally been fixed, but officials at the bank said it would be the end of this week before the unprecedented backlog of payments would be fully cleared.
