Large crowd expected at removal of James Nolan
The removal of the young Irish student who drowned tragically in Poland last week takes place this evening.
Large crowds are expected to attend the removal service of 21-year-old James Nolan in Blessington, County Wicklow.
James, an environmental engineering student at Tallaght IT, died after he fell into a river in the Polish city of Bydgoszcz last week.
His body was found four days after he went missing during a Euro 2012 trip with friends.
Local police have described his death as a "tragic accident".
His remains will be removed from his home to the Church of Our Lady in Blessington tonight at 8.30pm.
He will be buried tomorrow in Burgage Cemetery following funeral mass at 11am.
